As one of our Customer Care Representatives, you will

  • play an integral role as part of the Supply Chain Department to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, responsive customer service;
  • supervise and optimise the entire order cycle, from receipt to delivery, providing support on invoicing and payment matters solely in the event of discrepancies or issues;
  • proactively provide accurate and relevant information to customers, particularly regarding products;
  • proactively respond to complaints resolving issues quickly;
  • master the pricing structure and its implications to respond effectively to customer requests and ensure that prices are always aligned with commercial negotiations;
  • respond promptly and accurately to requests from the sales team and customers;
  • be a primary point of contact for internal (Sales) and external customers for all administrative and Supply Chain-related matters;
  • ensure that customer information is kept up to date in SAP to guarantee reliable data management;
  • coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with customs requirements;
  • provide cover for colleagues or the Manager during their absence;
  • adopt a continuous improvement approach and generate added value for customers and for Sabert.

If you have the following skills and attributes, then we want to hear from you.

  • Minimum good standard A level or Baccalaureate results, ideally bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn and master new tools quickly - knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented and cost-conscious with ability to understand customers' needs and processes well - proactive in anticipating their requirements and preventing potential problems, building strong relationships.
  • Empathetic and active listener, able to resolve conflicts through good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ability and resilience to remain calm under pressure.
  • Methodical and rigorous in task processing, problem-solving and organisational skills - a self-starter who is well organised, positive, flexible and highly motivated to get the job done efficiently according to deadlines and deliverables using own initiative, and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and ability to work some overtime
