DEPARTMENT MISSION

The Customer Care position is an integral part of the Supply Chain Department, whose mission is to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through the optimal coordination of logistics resources, production planning, and product procurement. The role plays a key part in ensuring professional, responsive customer service while maintaining strict control over costs and inventory across the entire supply chain. By acting as a central interface between customers and internal operations, this position directly supports efficiency, reliability, and service excellence throughout the end-to-end chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You supervise and optimize the entire order cycle, from receipt to delivery providing support on invoicing and payment matters solely in the event of discrepancies or issues.
  • You are proactive in providing accurate and relevant information to customers, particularly regarding products, and responsive in handling complaints to resolve issues quickly.
  • You master the pricing structure and its implications to respond effectively to customer requests and ensure that prices are always aligned with commercial negotiations.
  • You respond promptly and accurately to requests from the sales team and customers.
  • You are the primary point of contact for internal (Sales) and external customers for all administrative and Supply Chain-related matters.
  • You ensure that customer information is kept up to date in SAP to guarantee reliable data management.
  • You coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with customs requirements.
  • You provide cover for colleagues or the Manager during their absence.
  • You adopt a continuous improvement approach and generate added value for customers and for Sabert.
