We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of a multi-site BPO infrastructure environment, ensuring stability, security, resilience and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage servers, virtualisation, storage and Active Directory
- Administer Azure and Microsoft 365
- Manage FortiGate firewalls, WAN, VPN and network infrastructure
- Support SCCM/Intune and endpoint management
- Drive cybersecurity, monitoring and vulnerability management
- Manage backups, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvements
- Act as the senior technical escalation point and mentor junior engineers
