Clothing Junction is looking for a talented and trend-conscious Designer to join our Marketing team in Durban North.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who understands fashion, clothing and commercial design and knows how to turn trends into eye-catching graphics that work for real clothing ranges.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create on-trend, commercially appealing graphics for a variety of clothing ranges.
  • Research and interpret current fashion trends relevant to our customers.
  • Prepare, manage and finalise artwork for production.
  • Assist with production-related administration and coordination.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure designs remain aligned with the brand identity and clothing ranges.

You’ll need

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • A qualification in Fashion Design, Clothing Production or Clothing Management.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a clothing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A team-focused, accountable and reliable approach.
  • The ability to adapt and consistently deliver in a busy environment.
