Cocktail Bartender

We are looking for a Experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team, responsible for performing all duties related to serving drinks to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispense beverages and maintaining an inventory of bar supplies and liquor. The position requires strong customer service skills as well as advanced knowledge of mixology, as the Bartender is often the first point of contact for identifying customers\’ drink preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Mix drinks according to recipes or customers\’ needs and preferences.
• Deliver checks and payment receipts to customers.
• Provide customer service.
• Ensure food and drink quality is high.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the bar area

Requirements
– Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
– Knowledge of food safety practices
– Prior experience in guest services or the restaurant industry is advantageous
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Basic math skills for handling payments and orders

Qualifications
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in cocktail making
– Proficiency in time management and basic math skills
– Strong focus on guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
