Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fundraising Manager located in Birmingham, with some work from home acceptable. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with major donors, and managing annual giving campaigns. The role involves communicating with a variety of stakeholders including philanthropists, charities, and other donors to meet fundraising goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in working with Major Donors and cultivating donor relationships
- Strong Communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Philanthropy and Annual Giving strategies
- Familiarity with the Charities sector and fundraising management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience in a fundraising role within the non-profit sector is a plus
