SABRE Residential Estates is an Estate Management Company covering Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and London. We have an established and well-respected reputation in the property market. We specialise in residential block management, dealing with leasehold legislation and the practical management of residential buildings. Our team provides an honest, professional, and friendly service to all our clients.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-organised and hard-working individual with excellent communication skills suited to a fast-paced working environment. The role will involve managing residential buildings, including everyday maintenance, health and safety management, financial budgeting, and dealing with leaseholders, freeholders, and the Directors of Residential Management Associations, including at AGMs. This will involve being responsible for a portfolio of buildings predominantly within the Cambridgeshire area. This is an office-based position working within a team and with the support of the Director.

- To understand the health and safety requirements for residential building management
- To understand the financial budgets involved in managing a residential building
- To understand service charge and ground rent regulations
- To be self-motivated

- To be well organised and can prioritise workloads to adhere to deadlines
- To have a consistently positive attitude, including whilst working under pressure
- To have excellent customer service skills and experience
- To have excellent spoken and written communication skills
- To have the ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures
- To have experience and understanding of client confidentiality and Data Protection
- To have experience in managing residential buildings and to understand the responsibility this carries
- To hold a UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points
- Industry qualifications
- It is a requirement for candidates to have worked in a position within the residential building management sector. It is desirable to have an industry-recognised qualification; however, this is not essential as we will support gaining this under our employment.
- We will consider individuals with similar roles and therefore relevant transferable skills.
The salary will reflect any relevant qualifications held and will depend on the level of relevant experience.
