About the Role

You will act as a key link between Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Systems—ensuring accurate data, meaningful KPIs, and high‑quality management information in an increasingly digitalised environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a part‑qualified/qualified or experienced accountant to step into a commercially focused role within a fast‑growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate product costing, standard costing, and margin analysis.
  • Support pricing reviews and provide data‑driven insight for commercial decisions.
  • Analyse production performance, efficiencies, and variances; collaborate with Operations on forward production planning.
  • Assist with CAPEX appraisals and ROI analysis.
  • Support stock integrity, stock valuation, GRNI, and production‑related balance sheet items.
  • Contribute to automation, digitalisation, and improved reporting processes including MIS and Power BI.
  • Produce month‑end management accounts and departmental cost reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business, translating financial data into meaningful operational insight.

What We’re Looking For

  • Part‑qualified or qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA, or AAT with strong relevant experience.
  • Strong IT and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability.
  • Manufacturing experience is highly desirable, particularly with complex Bills of Materials and high‑volume components.
  • Strong understanding of costing, stock, GRNI, and operational finance.
  • Naturally analytical, inquisitive, and proactive; comfortable challenging data and working cross‑functionally.
