A highly respected and fast-growing FMCG manufacturing business is seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to join its leadership team. With an ambitious five-year strategic growth plan underway, this is a key appointment that will play a central role in driving profitability, operational efficiency and long-term performance.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and partnering closely with senior operational leaders, you will act as the commercial finance lead across the manufacturing function.
The Role
This is not a traditional reporting role. You will be the financial voice within operations translating data into insight and influencing key business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis to improve manufacturing efficiency and cost control
- Producing insightful monthly reporting with clear commercial commentary
- Leading balance sheet reviews and fixed cost analysis
- Evaluating capex investments and conducting financial appraisals
