Project Director to lead the successful delivery of complex integrated marketing programmes and campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile accounts.
This is a pivotal role that brings together people, process and creativity, ensuring ambitious work is delivered seamlessly from brief through to launch.
Combining hands-on project leadership with broader programme management responsibilities, you'll create the clarity, structure and operational excellence that enable teams to produce their very best work.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, helping to shape how integrated campaigns are delivered while continually improving ways of working.
- What you'll be doing
- Lead the planning and delivery of complex integrated campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered successfully against agreed objectives, timelines and budgets.
- Establish governance frameworks, delivery plans, milestones and reporting structures across multiple interconnected workstreams.
- Partner with strategy, creative, media, production, technology and client teams to drive alignment and collaboration throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, resources and scope changes, ensuring challenges are addressed proactively and effectively.
- Provide programme-level oversight across multiple projects, maintaining visibility of priorities, commercial performance and delivery progress.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, creating confidence through clear communication, transparency and reliable delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and operational efficiency, helping teams collaborate more effectively and deliver exceptional work.
