Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work across a wide variety of projects and tasks, leading your project team through all stages of the project lifecycle making sure we are financially aware, have the right resource in place and are hitting our deadlines. The Senior Project Manager is the go-to person to solve our challenges, make correct commercial decisions, and enable our creativity, expertise and craft to shine.
You will be confident bringing all team members on that journey, communicating with all levels of stakeholders and helping other team members to do the same. You will have outstanding attention to detail, a logical approach and great communication skills, flagging and mitigating risks while driving towards the end goal.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:
- Act as lead Project Manager on a client or set of accounts.
- Plan and lead assigned projects and take responsibility for overall delivery.
- Lead programmes of work and be responsible for ensuring all workstreams run concurrently.
- Create accurate scopes of work, resourcing plans and timelines for projects.
- Track the financial health of your projects through burn reports and reconciliations.
- Track timelines and ensure on time project delivery.
- Build internal and external relationships and communicate with clarity and certainty.
- Support and mentor other team members with reports, tracking and administration tasks.
- Manage resource bookings.
- Highlight risks and provide solutions.
- Work with 3rd parties for services and take responsibility for their delivery.
- Act as a positive advocate for the project management team.
Who you are:
- Currently working as a Senior Project Manager within a health advertising agency (or experienced Project Manager looking to step up).
- Proven experience working with pharmaceutical clients.
- Experience leading large multi-faceted clients.
- Experience of creating production and project strategies for multiple brands.
- Experience of the full project lifecycle ranging from client brief through strategy, creative, design, copywriting, asset creation, production, execution and delivery.
Please note: we work on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week based from our office in West London.
