We’re looking for an Associate Director to join our team for a 14 month Fixed-Term Contract – leading on some of our largest accounts, developing our expert client services team, and supporting the growth of our agency.
Responsibilities- Taking ownership of the day-to-day relationship with the client
- Actively seeking opportunities for further account development
- Taking ownership of problem solving perceived or potential issues
- Building relationships with project clients and senior client leads
- Building partnerships internally across all agency capabilities
- Providing guidance and motivation to the wider team
- Line managing supporting account team
- Representing brand team at key agency meetings
- Monitoring revenue and profitability to ensure they are on track
- Collaborating with Project Management team on project scopes and forecasts
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience within a creative healthcare agency, working at Associate Director level.
- Extensive experience leading global pharmaceutical accounts
- Proven experience with delivering creative-first campaigns and launches
- Autonomous, collaborative and inclusive in your approach
- Proven experience at building businesses through organic growth and new business
- Strong communication skills
- Highly developed team building and interpersonal skills
Please note: our teams work 3 days a week from our office, and 2 from home.
