We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented professional to manage the clearance and delivery of commercials, support producers with contracts, licences, insurance, and liaise with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the UK TV/VOD traffic process: order process, playouts, clock numbers, rotation instructions, status tracking.
- Handle UK Radio traffic, international traffic and clearance processes.
- Prepare and maintain production files, master fact sheets, artist record sheets, licences and contracts.
- Negotiate usage terms and manage trackers for overseas and ancillary usage.
- Draft, complete and administer artist, music, location, NDA and third‑party contracts.
- Provide clearance advice on scripts and coordinate with clearance bodies.
- Assist with insurance broker communications, identify required coverages, and manage claims.
- Offer general advice to producers and account teams on legal, artistic and insurance matters.
- Maintain department record systems and compile production records.
- Estimate, raise purchase orders, open job numbers, input estimates into Agency Finance Systems and process payments.
