Evidence of personally delivering audience growth and commercial results in culture, entertainment, visitor attractions, retail or another relevant consumer setting. Hands‑on social and video delivery, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and a proportionate approach to YouTube.

Proven CRM and email delivery across segmentation, journeys, data quality and integrations, with the ability to apply audience insight. Strong practical technical project skills, including websites, access, hosting, analytics and troubleshooting.

Experience improving booking or ecommerce conversion, evaluating paid media and managing budgets and teams while personally delivering work, cultural programming or membership and creator partnerships and activations. Clear communication, stakeholder management and editorial judgement. Interest in contemporary art and commitment to inclusive, accessible visitor experiences.

Equivalent practical experience matters more than a degree or certification.
