The Role
SaaStock is looking for a high performing Sponsorship Sales Manager to play a key part in this challenge and to drive revenue growth in Europe, across event sponsorship. You will report directly to the Sales Director, and will be tasked with closing deals, building pipeline, accurate forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Focus on new sponsor acquisition, pipeline development, existing sponsor retention and growth, to exceed sales targets.
- You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
- Regular travel expected (approximately 25%) for attending industry events, visiting customers, and hosting client engagements such as dinners and meetings. This is a highly outward-facing role, not suited to a desk-only position.
- Overseeing an up-to-date CRM of customers and sponsor prospects in Hubspot.
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation.
- Work closely with internal team to curate and run strategic and impactful outbound sales plans.
- Provide accurate forecasting and revenue delivery.
- Contribute to the development of SaaStock's global expansion strategy, working as part of a close-knit team.

- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment.
