Our purpose is to help more SaaS companies connect and thrive than any other company on the planet, which is facilitated through conferences, media and our growing membership business. We have helped more B2B SaaS companies expand through global markets, build pipelines, build their brands, and distribute content than any other SaaS focused company worldwide. Our values of teamwork, resilience, adaptability and curiosity can be seen every day and they are what makes us, us.

Role Overview

We’re now looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to help drive the continued success of our flagship events - SaaStock Europe and SaaStock USA. As Senior Marketing Executive, reporting into the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, registrations, and demand across our two conferences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong events background, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across organic channels - including email, social media, partnerships, and referrals - to build brand awareness, drive community engagement, and support lead generation.
  • Deliver targeted marketing plans to drive ticket sales and attendance - including paid ticket campaigns, complimentary/VIP invite campaigns, and sponsor-driven promotions - ensuring each audience segment is effectively reached and activated.
  • Manage timelines and workflows to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and to spec.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, sales, product) and external stakeholders (sponsors, speakers, partners) to support campaign execution and event promotion.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on data insights and analytics to improve results and ROI.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and marketing assets in tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Canva.
  • Oversee the event registration platform, including approving registrations, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring attendees receive the right ticket types.
  • Support the promotion of side events, pre-conference initiatives, and on-site experiences to drive engagement and attendance.
  • Contribute to post-event performance analysis, insights, and reporting to inform future planning.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to refine campaign strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an event marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills - you thrive under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across deliverables.
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and problem-solving collaboration.

Nice To Have

  • Experience within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing events in both European and US markets.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and/or video editing tools.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand in the SaaS industry.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Remote working flexibility with opportunities to travel to SaaStock events.
  • A collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Health insurance via vitality.
  • 25 days annual leave.
