Role Overview
Weβre now looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to help drive the continued success of our flagship events - SaaStock Europe and SaaStock USA. As Senior Marketing Executive, reporting into the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, registrations, and demand across our two conferences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong events background, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across organic channels - including email, social media, partnerships, and referrals - to build brand awareness, drive community engagement, and support lead generation.
- Deliver targeted marketing plans to drive ticket sales and attendance - including paid ticket campaigns, complimentary/VIP invite campaigns, and sponsor-driven promotions - ensuring each audience segment is effectively reached and activated.
- Manage timelines and workflows to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and to spec.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, sales, product) and external stakeholders (sponsors, speakers, partners) to support campaign execution and event promotion.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on data insights and analytics to improve results and ROI.
- Create and manage email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and marketing assets in tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Canva.
- Oversee the event registration platform, including approving registrations, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring attendees receive the right ticket types.
- Support the promotion of side events, pre-conference initiatives, and on-site experiences to drive engagement and attendance.
- Contribute to post-event performance analysis, insights, and reporting to inform future planning.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to refine campaign strategies and messaging.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in an event marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills - you thrive under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across deliverables.
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and problem-solving collaboration.
