Your Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the entire marketing function
- Define and execute global marketing strategy, priorities, and KPIs
- Own the full marketing budget (€400k–€1.5M+/month)
- Scale paid acquisition (currently ~80% of growth) across channels
- Build and implement a strong creative, content, and brand strategy
- Optimize website, funnels, messaging, and conversion rates
- Drive self-serve revenue as the primary North Star KPI
- Develop influencer, UGC, and social distribution strategies
- Build scalable experimentation frameworks across all channels
- Lead, hire, and scale the marketing team
What You Bring
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets (€500k+/month)
- Strong understanding of PLG, self-serve funnels, and growth mechanics
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, tracking, and conversion optimization
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively
- Experience scaling companies or markets internationally is a strong plus
- Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- High standards for speed, execution, and quality
- Ideally background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth consumer products
