An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) as a Band 5 Physiotherapist at Cirencester Hospital\’s community inpatient setting.

We are a clinically led organisation that values individual contributions to ensure the best patient care. Continuing Professional Development is a priority, and we promote the expanding roles of Physiotherapists and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

As a Band 5 Physiotherapist, you will manage a diverse caseload, including neurological rehabilitation, falls assessment and prevention, and long-term conditions, within a fully integrated MDT setting.

You will supervise students and therapy assistants, conduct Physiotherapy assessments, and deliver interventions independently within your scope of practice. Leadership and support to Physiotherapy assistants are key responsibilities, along with representing Physiotherapy at MDT meetings and contributing to discharge and support planning.

You will receive support from the MDT, Senior Physiotherapists, and locally agreed profession-specific support. Prioritising workload, delegation, and assigning tasks to physiotherapy assistants will also be part of your role.
