The Deputy HR & OD Business Partner will provide expert HR and OD advice to the workforce strategy and business planning process for designated Functions/Directorates, providing professional and customer-focused advice and support to Associate Directors, managers, and staff in the identification and management of operations issues. The post holder will lead and support HR and OD initiatives, adopting a coaching approach to build leadership and management capability in addressing people-related challenges.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing highly complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
- Driving recruitment and retention strategies.
- Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Fostering employee voice.
- Shaping organisational culture and behaviours.
- Collaborating with other HR, OD, and corporate colleagues to deliver effective, joined-up ways of working.
