We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Cheltenham Learning Disability Services Team. This is a full‑time post, though part‑time or job share may be considered for the right candidate. The role provides comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Learning Disability multidisciplinary team, working under the direction of the Team Manager and Locality Support Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the efficient running of the Learning Disability service by working with colleagues, service users, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update information in the Trust’s patient information system (RIO) and other office systems.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including colleagues and members of the public, via telephone and/or in person, presenting a professional approach at all times.
- Actively support team meetings – coordinate, collate and ensure accurate and timely distribution of papers as needed.
- Prepare and distribute accurate, well‑written minutes of meetings.
- Record leave, sickness absences and bank shifts onto relevant computer systems as directed by the Team Manager.
- Support the organisation of induction packs, interviews and recruitment paperwork.
- Assist with documentation related to recruitment and MDT meeting minute taking.
