Band 5 Community Nurse roles based in Cheltenham. This is a community-based role; the successful candidate will require a driving licence and the use of a vehicle for work purposes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of care and compassion to a diverse population of patients in the community.
- Aid, coach and support patients to meet their care needs.
- Work in a mobile office model with equipment provided to carry out duties on the move, including access to patient notes and past interactions.
Qualifications
- Current NMC registration.
- Post-registration experience is helpful but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills; the courage to make clinical decisions; a willingness to develop potential.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes (community-based role).
