The selected candidate will provide subject matter expertise in military operations research, support Ph D-level faculty within the Strategic and Operational Research Department, and contribute to advanced projects requiring senior-level operational knowledge and rigorous academic research methodologies.

Essential Functions
- Provide subject matter expertise in warfare analysis and military operations research.
- Conduct extensive research in a rigorous academic environment.
- Serve as an expert analyst supporting advanced projects involving military operations.
- Facilitate post-graduate level advanced research activities.
- Support Strategic and Operational Research Department Ph D-level faculty.
- Provide senior-level expertise and analysis in joint military operations.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Required
- Extensive research experience in a rigorous academic environment.
- Experience supporting advanced research projects involving military operations.
- Senior-level expertise in joint operations.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
Desired
- Experience working with military educational institutions, operational analysis organizations, or defense research environments.
- Experience facilitating graduate-level or post-graduate research programs.
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and research methodology skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
