Our client, a well-established and respected labour provider within the GLAA-regulated recruitment sector, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead business development and drive commercial growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused individual with a proven track record of winning new business, building strategic partnerships, and growing revenue within the recruitment and labour supply industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's sales and growth strategy.
  • Generate new business opportunities across GLAA-regulated sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities within food manufacturing, agriculture, warehousing, logistics, and related sectors.
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Established network within the labour supply, food production, logistics, or agricultural sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
