SAAF Education is a specialist education recruitment agency dedicated to connecting high-quality teaching and support staff with schools across the UK. With an established reputation and a growing client base, we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships and delivering a consultative, high-quality service.
We are looking for a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Kelham Island office. This is a 360 recruitment role, managing a small but established desk with strong existing relationships, while also developing new business opportunities. This is an office-based position with regular client visits, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 role), including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
- Developing new business through proactive sales activity
- Attending client meetings and school visits
- Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Proven experience in sales and/or relationship management
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Full UK driving licence (required for client visits)
- Competitive base salary (£28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience)
