Job Title – School Administrator Location – Woodford Green Start Date – Immediate Start Position – Full Time/Part Time Pay Range – £110 to £150 per day Introduction School Administrator for a school in Woodford Green, Redbridge. SAAF Education is on the lookout for experienced School Administrator to join one of our partner schools in Woodford Green on an ongoing basis. About the role The School Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the wider school environment and ensuring the efficient management of school operations. This role provides comprehensive administrative support while fostering a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the school’s ethos. Main Duties & Responsibilities * Act as the first point of contact, screening all calls and visitors for the school and addressing them appropriately. * Administrative support for the school including arranging appointments, maintaining a diary, welcoming visitors, maintaining filing systems and typing as required. * Dealing with parent queries via email, telephone, and face-to-face when required. * Overseeing daily operations such as scheduling, student records, and data management. * Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, academic performance, and personal details. * Implementing and ensuring compliance with school policies, safeguarding protocols, and procedures.
