The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join our team in Leeds. You will work alongside class teachers to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.
Your Responsibilities:

Support individuals or small groups of pupils to keep them engaged with lesson activities.

Assist pupils with additional learning needs (SEND), such as Autism, ADHD, or SEMH.

Help maintain a positive, structured, and safe classroom atmosphere.

Provide targeted intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy.

Assist the class teacher with resource preparation and classroom setup.
What We Look For

Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools, sports coaching, youth work, or care).

Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Health & Social Care) are desirable, but strong practical experience is key.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting student growth.

Strong communication and team-working skills.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to process a new one through us).

Proof of the right to work in the UK.
