Role Expectations

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you may be required to:

• Deliver engaging lessons or follow prepared lesson plans

• Build positive and productive relationships with pupils

• Create a calm, supportive classroom environment

• Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups

• Maintain high standards of teaching and safeguarding

Requirements

• QTS (PGCE, Cert. Ed or equivalent)

• A proactive and committed approach to pupil progress

• A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through SAAF Education

• ECTs/NQTs are encouraged to apply
