This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or HLTA who is passionate about education and enjoys supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. The Role As an HLTA, you will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities may include: Delivering pre-planned lessons and learning activities to individuals and groups of pupils. Supporting teachers with the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities. Working with pupils across a range of abilities and needs. Providing targeted one-to-one and small-group support.
