SAAF Education are working on behalf of a well-respected local college to recruit a dedicated Exams and Enrolment Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of exams and student enrolment processes within a dynamic and fast-paced educational setting.

About the Role:

As the Exams & Enrolment Officer, you'll be responsible for coordinating exam timetables, managing student entries and results, and ensuring compliance with awarding body regulations. You will also lead on key enrolment activities, helping ensure students are registered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage all aspects of internal and external examinations
  • Liaise with awarding bodies and ensure exam compliance and integrity
  • Process student registrations, entries, and certification
  • Manage data using the college's MIS systems
  • Support enrolment periods, including data entry and student liaison
  • Provide accurate reports and data to senior leaders as required

  • Previous experience in an Exams Officer or administrative role within education
  • Strong organisational and data management skills
  • Familiarity with exam board regulations and college MIS systems (e.g. ProSuite, SIMS, or similar)
