Role: We require someone who is compassionate with a firm but fair approach. We need someone with strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong trusting relationships with both students and parents. You will need a collaborative approach to work and work well as part of a team and be able to lead a class. Responsibilities: * Make sure classrooms are a safe and tidy space before the school day starts * Provide support to students who have any additional needs. * Help students adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioural issues. * Deliver already planned and set work to secondary students. Requirements: * Familiarity with school administrative tasks and learning methods * Great communication and excellent organisational skills * Firm but kind and caring personality * The ability to build a trusting relationship with students, teachers and parents We are committed to Safer Recruitment and recruits to APSCo standards.
