Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content & Social Media Lead based in West Sussex, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves overseeing content strategy and planning, creating and optimising social media content, enhancing brand presence across digital platforms, and engaging with audiences effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing compelling content, managing social media accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring campaigns align with the company’s vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Writing and Communication skills
- Ability to analyse social media metrics and implement improvements
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in managing brand voice and online community engagement
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
