The Graduate Programme: By joining the Saab UK's Graduate IT Engineering Program in September 2026, you will have the opportunity to have hands-on practical experience with our unique products, while being supported by your managers, mentors, and peers. You will gain valuable experience across the whole operational business working on a number of different processes and projects. This is a structured 2-year graduate programme designed to provide a range of experience and understanding across all core IT engineering disciplines. You will complete four 6-month rotations as part of this programme. Graduates will rotate as a cohort and finish with a final placement, and there will be discussions for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Across the programme you will:
- Build real experience on real systems, gain industry recognised skills while rotating through our core Engineering disciplines.
- Develop strong professional networks through your managers, graduate mentors, and others across the business.
- Be involved in continuous learning activities in both technical and soft skill environments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor’s (or higher) degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2.
- MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
