Saab UK invites you to join its Graduate Engineering programme starting in September 2027. You will gain hands-on experience with our Blue Bear unit, working on Autonomous Vehicles technology, while rotating through four 6-month placements across Oakley, Bedfordshire.
The two-year programme is structured to develop engineers with exposure to core disciplines, with cohort rotations and ongoing mentor support, and discussions about a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
