We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in London. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience who are eager to build a career in B2B sales. The SDR will play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Understand customer needs and articulate the company’s value proposition clearly
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
- Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and networking events as required
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meetings booked
Mandatory Requirement
- Willingness to travel as required, including attendance at various corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Recently graduated or 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Exposure to B2B sales or SaaS/technology sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
