Job Description
Position: Electronics Engineer
Location: Horsham, PA
Duration: 12 Months
This is an electrical engineering position providing support for customer qualifications, product assurance and reliability tests, field and factory issues, and engineering evaluations of RF and Optical analog and digital products. Customer qualification work includes requirements, procedure, process, and results analysis and working directly with customer and internal technical teams. Product assurance work includes core-team support for engineering qualifications, requirements analysis,
documentation, and test process and procedure implementation. Reliability includes providing insight and/or analysis into product field reliability, assessing component design trades for expected product lifetimes, and environment/customer-use analysis. Customer field support and factory maintenance of the line will require data and documentation analysis, and engineering experiments. The candidate will also be required to support new product development teams implementing correct designs and requirements for the application. The work will include understanding product lines, products, customer requirements, market conditions, and business unit dynamics. Engineering design support will include design optimizations, updates and improvements of existing, and developing new products via prototyping. Work with engineering teams developing engineering documentation such as specifications, procedures, schematics, BOM\’s, drawings (electrical and mechanical) is required. Work with configuration management and production databases is required.
Qualifications –
5 years corporate experience in RF, Optics, or analog design engineering with experience also in product assurance, regulatory, and reliability.
BSEE
MSEE preferred.”
