Client Representative – Stephenson Operations is recruiting a Client Representative for the Oil and Gas sector. The role is based worldwide, with multiple rotations and an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act, behave, and lead by example according to stated client values.
  • Review and ensure compliance with RA/MS and QHSE documents before execution and remain alert to changes.
  • Ensure procedures comply with national and international regulations and guidelines.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive progress reports as agreed.
  • Ensure efficient planning and operating activities meet contracted requirements.
  • Attend regular meetings, talks, and discussions to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Be present as a witness during defined key activities, especially installation procedures.
  • Ensure contractors manage safety and quality, conducting safety walks with client HSE representatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marine Surveying.
  • Previous experience on multiple types of projects.
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally.
  • Ability to generate a safe and quality-based culture within the team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good team player, able to build working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
