What will you do in this position?
As a Coil Tubing Supervisor, you will assist with the overseeing of the activities related to coil tubing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.
What are your key responsibilities?
- Supervises Coiled Tubing operations at the job site;
- Supervises all Company Personnel assigned to the job site;
- Ensures that all personnel assigned to the job site are trained as per Company and Customer requirements;
- Operates Coiled Tubing units and associated equipment without supervision;
- Operates Fluid pumps and associated equipment without supervision;
- Operates Nitrogen pumps and associated equipment without supervision;
- Operates Nitrogen Transports without supervision;
- Organizes the mobilization of all required equipment to the job site;
- Conducts the pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of the Coiled tubing, fluid and Nitrogen pumps, transports, and any other auxiliary equipment;
- Conducts the maintenance and general upkeep of the Coiled Tubing units and related equipment;
- Maintains a safe work area or job site by following the company\'s HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals;
- Monitors, inspects, and adjusts all major equipment during operations to ensure the equipment\'s adequate operation, such as adjusting pump and injection rates;
- Trains and evaluates all levels of operators on Coiled tubing, Fluid, and Nitrogen equipment operations and procedures;
- Delegates certain job tasks during job operation;
- Writes accurate job tickets, daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA\'s, and other documentation as required;
- For land-based operations, drive and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states carrying Gladiator Energy LLC property that is used in furtherance of Gladiator Energy LLC\'s business and which substantially affects safety in intrastate transportation.
Who are you?
- An Intelligent, motivated, and driven Coil Tubing Supervisor;
- You have previous experience with Coil Tubing;
- You have the willingness and ability to travel regularly to site locations globally;
- You can work with spreadsheets, SharePoint and being computer literate;
- You can generate a safe and quality-based culture within the offshore and onshore teams;
- You are a great communicator verbally and written;
- You are a good team player and able to form working relationships with Clients and colleagues at all levels;
- You have strong analytical and decision-making skills;
- You have the ability to synthesize information from many sources;
- You must be well-versed in the equipment and technology used;
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering course;
- Experience with either Baker Hughes, Jereh, Hydra Rig Coil Tubing Unit is a plus;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software;
- Strong understanding of coil tubing operations, downhole tools, and well intervention techniques;
