Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead ROV operations using the Falcon system onboard offshore vessels.
- Ensure the safety, reliability, and quality of subsea inspections, intervention, and deployment tasks.
- Coordinate pre‑dive checks, mission planning, and reporting in compliance with project scope.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior ROV crew.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating and supervising Falcon ROV systems.
- Solid understanding of North Sea operations and offshore safety regulations.
- IMCA‑recognized certification or equivalent ROV competency credentials.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities with electronic/mechanical systems.
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in harsh offshore environments.
- Right to work in Europe preferred.
