Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead ROV operations using the Falcon system onboard offshore vessels.
  • Ensure the safety, reliability, and quality of subsea inspections, intervention, and deployment tasks.
  • Coordinate pre‑dive checks, mission planning, and reporting in compliance with project scope.
  • Provide technical support and mentoring to junior ROV crew.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating and supervising Falcon ROV systems.
  • Solid understanding of North Sea operations and offshore safety regulations.
  • IMCA‑recognized certification or equivalent ROV competency credentials.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities with electronic/mechanical systems.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in harsh offshore environments.
  • Right to work in Europe preferred.
