Stephenson Operations is currently recruiting a Report Coordinator to join our client’s team.

  • Capable of working with spreadsheets and SharePoint & being computer literate
  • Generate a safe and quality‑based culture within the offshore and onshore teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good team player able to form working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong offshore survey background
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports for all phases of the project
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate with the team to finalize reporting
  • Ability to identify data quality issues
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Competent in writing/updating survey procedures
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
  • Willingness to undertake independent learning relating to job role
