Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute complex infrastructure projects, acting as intermediary between logistics, production, finance, customers, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders within the project, including suppliers, customers and internal departments, for deliveries.
  • Purchase services (including road/water transport).
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure on‑time delivery and desired margins; adjust backlog prepare and review invoices with complete client information, item descriptions, quantities, rates, totals and due dates.
