Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clients from A to Z: cold acquisition, recruitment, negotiation terms, and need assessment.
  • Conclude contracts between the client and the candidate.
  • Sourcing candidates using various methods to attract top talent.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiating as core parts of the job.
  • Connect candidate and client pools to realise placements.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of our network and LinkedIn presence.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and joyful.
  • Trustworthy and reliable; able to build solid connections based on mutual respect.
  • Committed, ambitious, and motivated to make things happen.
  • Driven, independent, and able to provide out-of-box solutions.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and a fast‑paced environment.
