Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for clients from A to Z: cold acquisition, recruitment, negotiation terms, and need assessment.
- Conclude contracts between the client and the candidate.
- Sourcing candidates using various methods to attract top talent.
- Strong prospecting and negotiating as core parts of the job.
- Connect candidate and client pools to realise placements.
- Actively contribute to the growth of our network and LinkedIn presence.
Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and joyful.
- Trustworthy and reliable; able to build solid connections based on mutual respect.
- Committed, ambitious, and motivated to make things happen.
