Key Responsibilities
- Coordination with all stakeholders within the project (including suppliers, customers, and internal departments) in deliveries
- Purchase of services (including road/water transport)
- Daily administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery at the desired margins; adjust the backlog & planning for the forecast if necessary
- Inform customers about the progress of their projects
- Handling invoices to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely payment. This includes preparing, reviewing, and sending invoices to clients, ensuring that all necessary details such as client information, item descriptions, quantities, rates, total amounts, and due dates are correctly captured
