Client Representative – Stephenson Operations is recruiting a Client Representative for the Oil and Gas sector. The role is based worldwide, with multiple rotations and an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Act, behave, and lead by example according to stated client values.
- Review and ensure compliance with RA/MS and QHSE documents before execution and remain alert to changes.
- Ensure procedures comply with national and international regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive progress reports as agreed.
- Ensure efficient planning and operating activities meet contracted requirements.
- Attend regular meetings, talks, and discussions to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Be present as a witness during defined key activities, especially installation procedures.
- Ensure contractors manage safety and quality, conducting safety walks with client HSE representatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marine Surveying.
- Previous experience on multiple types of projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally.
- Ability to generate a safe and quality-based culture within the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good team player, able to build working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
