We help clients navigate a wide range of issues relating to residential and commercial properties, and developments. Our work involves dealing with complex commercial landlord and tenant issues with clarity and confidence, covering lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, tenant default, possession claims, restrictive covenants, redevelopment, and telecoms. We also offer specialist knowledge in leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions and are proud members of the highly regarded Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP). On the development side we work closely with our Real Estate team in relation to a variety of land issues, including options and overage related matters, boundary, party wall and right to light issues. Our goal is not just to resolve disputes, but to prevent them. We provide strategic advice that minimises risk and unlocks opportunities, so you can move forward with certainty. What you’ll do

  • As a member of our Property Litigation team, you’ll handle a diverse range of contentious commercial and residential property matters. Your work will make a real impact, helping clients navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage a variety of litigation cases, with a focus on resolving disputes involving land and property and landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Oversee cases from pre-action through to trial, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional service.
  • Represent clients at court hearings and trials when required.

About you

  • You will be an experienced lawyer (ideally 6 – 8 years post qualification experience with a strong track record in contentious property work) seeking:
