This is not a call centre. This is not a tick-box sales job. This is a genuine career opportunity — working at the intersection of business development, the creative industry and some of the most exciting agency partnerships in the UK. If you want a role you can be proud of, you've found it.
WHO WE ARE
S7 is a specialist business development agency — and we do things differently. For nearly eight years, we've been the trusted growth partner for some of the UK's most respected boutique digital, creative, brand and performance marketing agencies. We don't just generate leads. We build relationships, open doors, and connect ambitious agencies with household-name brands actively looking for agency support. Our clients are talented, award-winning teams doing genuinely outstanding work — and we're the ones who get their name in front of the right people. Right now, we're a tight team of three. We punch well above our weight. And we're growing. That's where you come in.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a BDE/BDM at S7, you'll represent a carefully curated portfolio of marketing, creative and digital agencies — learning their stories, understanding their strengths, and taking those conversations directly to senior decision-makers at some of the UK's most recognisable brands. This isn't cold calling into a void. Every conversation you have is purposeful, informed, and part of building something real. You'll be speaking with Heads of Marketing, Brand Directors and Digital leads — people who matter, at brands that matter. You'll be a key part of a growing team with a direct impact on where S7 goes next. There's room to grow here — not just in title, but in responsibility, influence and earnings.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Representing a portfolio of leading creative, digital and marketing agencies
- Identifying and engaging senior brand-side decision-makers through strategic outbound activity
- Having real, consultative conversations — not scripted pitches
- Booking high-quality, qualified meetings that create genuine opportunities for our agency clients
- Building long-term relationships with clients and brand contacts alike
- Managing your own pipeline and contributing to S7's overall growth strategy
- Supporting clients through the full sales journey — from first conversation to proposal stage
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need to come from the marketing industry — but you do need to care about it. We're looking for someone with genuine curiosity, strong instincts for people and conversations, and the ambition to build a career they're proud of.
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Confident, natural communicator — on the phone and in person
- Interested in marketing, brand, creative or digital industries
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets
- Quick learner who can represent multiple clients with authority
- Relationship-first mindset — you build trust, not just pipeline
- Based in or commutable to Southend-on-Sea
WHAT YOU'LL GET
21 days holiday + Christmas closure. Gym membership included.
