For nearly eight years, we’ve been the trusted growth partner for some of the UK’s most respected boutique digital, creative, brand and performance marketing agencies.
We build relationships, open doors, and connect ambitious agencies with household-name brands actively looking for agency support. As a BDM at S7, you’ll represent a carefully curated portfolio of marketing, creative and digital agencies — learning their stories, understanding their strengths, and taking those conversations directly to senior decision-makers at some of the UK’s most recognisable brands.
Every conversation you have is purposeful, informed, and part of building something real. You’ll be speaking with Heads of Marketing, Brand Directors and Digital leads — people who matter, at brands that matter.
- Representing a portfolio of leading creative, digital and marketing agencies
- Identifying and engaging senior brand-side decision-makers through strategic outbound activity
- Booking high-quality, qualified meetings that create genuine opportunities for our agency clients
- Building long-term relationships with clients and brand contacts alike
- Supporting clients through the full sales journey — from first conversation to proposal stage
Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Confident, natural communicator — on the phone and in person
- Interested in marketing, brand, creative or digital industries
- 21 days holiday + Christmas closure
