We are seeking a Japanese-speaking mid-level professional to join S64 in London, with a primary focus on business development, transaction execution and client coordination. The role plays a key part in the rapid expansion of our business in Japan, as well as EMEA & APAC. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of mandates for financial institutions, including direct engagement with global clients on implementation-related matters. This position is intended to strengthen our global development and execution capability by establishing clear ownership of deal coordination across both London and regional teams.

• Partner closely with London-based structuring team to support business development and execute transactions globally.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on execution-related matters (e.g. process, timelines, documentation).
• Coordinate end-to-end execution workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
• Monitor execution progress and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders.
• Uphold high standards of structuring, documentation, and process governance.

• Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) is essential.
• 5-10 years' experience in structuring, business development or client-facing roles within a financial institution.
• Strong client-centric mindset with a focus on transaction execution and process management.
• Ability to quickly understand complex structuring topics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent processes.
• Understanding of digital platforms (SaaS), financial technology, and AI-driven operating environments.
• Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive approach to developing technical and product knowledge.
• Experience in fund structuring, derivatives, private assets, or within a global investment bank is advantageous.
