Headquartered in London, we have a diverse and talented team of professionals located in all major financial centres including Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Seoul, Bangkok, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Milan and Madrid. As a Graduate you will embark on a unique learning journey helping you to develop and grow your technical skills in a hands-on environment in one of our 4 business streams:
- Structuring: Graduates on our Structuring team will assist in designing and developing investment products, supporting fund launches, product development, and financial modelling.
- Distribution: Graduates joining our Distribution team step into a fast-paced environment where they drive business development and client relationships.
- Lifecycle: Graduates on the Fund Lifecycle team will work in one of two areas: Fund Controlling or Fund Onboarding and Investor Services.
- Technology: Graduates on the Technology team work at the intersection of fintech innovation, private markets investment, and wealth management.
We seek commercially aware, motivated and capable graduates with high-EQ who aspire to build a career in financial services, asset management and technology. Recent graduates with a strong interest in financial services, a capacity to learn, strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm are fundamental. Fluent in English; other languages are a strong plus.
