Every day you’ll coordinate vessel port calls across the globe, connecting clients, local agents and colleagues around the world to ensure every port call runs safely, efficiently and commercially.

One moment you’re coordinating a tanker in Rotterdam, the next you’re supporting a vessel in Norway or ensuring funding is in place for a call in Germany.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating multiple vessel calls simultaneously through S5’s global network.
Your responsibilities include
- Coordinating vessel port calls from nomination through completion.
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients, local agents, finance and internal teams.
- Preparing and reviewing Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDAs).
- Managing funding requests to keep vessel operations running smoothly.
- Monitoring vessel movements and ensuring operational milestones are met.
- Reviewing operational costs and maintaining commercial compliance.
- Working closely with Finance on urgent payments and funding.
- Supporting local agents with operational guidance and best practices.
- Monitoring client KPIs and service performance.
- Identifying operational risks and resolving issues before they become problems.
